Mike Edgin was born and raised in Wichita Falls. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in accounting from Midwestern State University in 1986. He started his professional career at Mathis, West, Huffines & Co, P.C. (MWH) in 1985 as an intern and left MWH in December 2005 as the President and Chief Executive Officer to start Edgin, Parkman, Fleming & Fleming, PC (EPFF). At EPFF, he also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer and leads many of the firm’s engagements. 

Throughout his professional career, Mike has served on many Boards and committees including the Optimist Club of Wichita Falls, North Texas Area United Way, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (State and Wichita Falls Chapter), Leadership Wichita Falls, and Grace Church. Mike and his wife, Hardy, have two children and three grandchildren. Mike enjoys most sports, traveling and spending time with his family.

David Parkman graduated from Angelo State University in December of 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and subsequently passed the CPA exam in November 1991. David is one of the founding owners of Edgin, Parkman, Fleming & Fleming, PC which was formed in 2006 after a successful career at another accounting firm. Born with a sense of curiosity and adventure, David has always had a passion for exploration and learning. David's love for travel has taken him to various corners of the globe, allowing him to immerse himself in different cultures and gain a broader perspective on life. 

When David is not embarking on new adventures, he finds solace and joy in spending quality time with his beloved wife, grandchildren, and family. Their laughter and presence bring immense happiness to his life, and he cherishes every moment shared with them.

Nature has always held a special place in David's heart, and he is an avid outdoor enthusiast. Whether it's hiking through scenic trails, camping under starry skies, or simply taking a leisurely stroll in a serene park, he finds tranquility and inspiration in the great outdoors.

Recently, David has delved into a new hobby that has captured his attention and sparked his curiosity - beekeeping. Fascinated by the intricate world of bees and their vital role in our ecosystem, he has embraced this venture wholeheartedly. As a beekeeper, he appreciates the beauty of their honey-making process, and he revels in the opportunity to contribute positively to the environment.

Paul Fleming is a life-long resident of Clay County and a Petrolia High School graduate. Paul graduated from Midwestern State University with a BBA in accounting. Paul has worked in public accounting since that day and passed the CPA exam in May 1999. Paul was also one of the original owners of EPFF in 2006.

Paul has served on the board of several organizations in the area including Leadership Wichita Falls and the Museum of North Texas History. Paul enjoys spending time with family and friends, long road trips, and seeing new places.
